<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE - PARTIAL PAYMENT OF DEBT
<br />WHEREAS in consideration of partial payment of indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed
<br />by Dawn M Peard, a single person, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, said Deed of Trust dated February 1, 2008 and recorded February 4, 2008 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200800844 and
<br />whereas said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
