<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed August
<br />3, 2010, by SAAD ALHASSNONI, a single person, Trustor, in favor ofMORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for CharterWest National Bank, as Beneficiary, and
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for
<br />record on August 4, 2010, as Instrument No. 2010-05479, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for ChartWest National Bank to U.S. BANK
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated September 5, 2012, and filed for record
<br />on September 14, 2012, as Instrument No. 2012-07657 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), GILBERT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor
<br />Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
