(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey, and warrant to Diana Licona-Bittner , of _ 925 S Eddy Street Grand Island Nebraska in Hall <br />Coun (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), the following lands and property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Together with all hereditaments and appurtenancesbelonging thereto.
