After the time <br />required by Applicabla Law, Trnatee ahall give public notica of sale to the peraons and 'm the manner <br />prescribed by Applicabla Law. Trustea, without demand on Bonower, ahall sall the Property at public <br />suction to the highest bidder at the time and place and under tha terma designated 'm the notica of eale <br />in one or more parcals and 'm aay ordar Trustea determinea. Trustea may postpona sale of all or aay <br />parcel of tha Property by public announcement at the time and place of aay praviously scheduled sale. <br />Leadar or ite designea may purchasa the Property at any eale. <br />Upan receipt of paymant of the price bid, Trust� shall daliver to the purcha�r Trustee's de�ed <br />c�nveying the Proparty. ReconveyenCe. Upon payment of all sums secured by th9s Security Instrument, Lender shall request <br />Trustee to reconvey the Pmperty and shall surrender this Security Inshvment and all notes evidencing debt <br />secured by this Security Instrument to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property withaut warranty to the <br />person or persons legally entitled to it. Such person or persons shall pay any recordation costs. Lender may <br />charge such person or persons a fee for reconveying the Property, but only if the fee is paid to a third party <br />(such as the Trustee) for services rendered and the charging of the fee is permitted under Applicable Law. <br />24. Substltute Trustee. Lender, at its opflon, may from time to tlme remove Trustee and appoint a successor <br />trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded ln the county in which this Sectuity <br />Instrument is recorded. Without conveyance of the Property, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the <br />fltle, power and duties confened upon Trustee herein and by Applicable Law. <br />25. F�equ�t for Notic�.
