<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JEFFREY L SPLATTSTOESSER AND DAWN M SPLATTSTOESSER, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the benefiaiary named
<br />therein, dated JULY 16, 2010 and recorded JIILY 22. 2010 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED' S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCIJMENT #0201005090 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, renuse,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
