<br />Whereas, a1l of the indebtedness se�cured by the Trust Deed executed by WILLIAM D BURKS
<br />AND VEROrTICA A BURKS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 30, 2007 and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Inshvment 200707913 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these prasents, gran� ramise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entifled thereto all tbe interest and estate derived to
<br />said Truste,e by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
