<br /> 2. The care, custoc�y and control of the minor child of
<br /> �he parties, Chad Harmon, born September 4, 1974, shall be in
<br /> the Petitioner subject to Respondent's right ta reasonable
<br /> visitation j Respondent shall not pay any child support for the
<br /> minor child to Petitioner fox the reason that the split custody
<br /> calculation has been taken into consideration setting aliild
<br /> sugport for the child in the Respondent's custody.
<br /> 3 . That Petitioner has major medical insurance thr�ugh
<br /> his employment at Sperry-New Holland and so long as such major
<br /> medical insurance is furnished through Petitioner's employment,
<br /> Petitioner shall keep major medical insurance on the minor
<br /> children. Should at any time such medical insurance not be
<br /> ��A �..�;i?hta rhr�t�gh employment of the Petitioner, Petitioner
<br /> shall notify the Court.
<br /> 4. The family home of the parties, located in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br /> Part of Section Three (3) a.n Township Ten (10)
<br /> North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.1►i.,
<br /> in Ha].l County, Nebraska,
<br /> along with all tenements, hezeditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereto shall be quieted in �he Petitianer aubject to any
<br /> encumbrance �hereon which Petitioner shall solely a3sume and
<br /> hald the Rempondent harmless therefrom. �
<br /> 5. Petitioner shall have quieted in him the 1986
<br /> Chevrolet Celebrity, 1973 GAiC �� k�p Truck and the Respoment
<br /> shall have quieted in her the 6 Ford Tempo. The motor
<br /> vehicles are subject to a loan at Central Nebraska Credit
<br /> Union, which Pet�.tioner shall solely assume and pay off com—
<br /> pletely and keep the payments current and ehall hold �he
<br /> Respondenfi harmless therefrom.
<br /> 6. The parties have divided personal property between
<br /> themselves but there is still personal property remaining in
<br /> Hall County, I�ebrasY.a in the Petitioner'S possession and wh ich
<br /> the Respondent shall have set over to her. The Respondent can
<br /> acquire this peraonal property at her convenience, which is the
