<br /> -- 3ocial Security Number, the name of his employex and any other
<br /> _ inf�r�ation relevant until the judqment for child support
<br /> entered herein is paid in full. The Petitioner is also re-
<br /> � quired to advise the Clerk of the Diatrict Court of any
<br /> � chanqes in such inform�tion between the date of the entry of
<br /> � this Decree and the final payment of child support entered under
<br /> — _ this Decree. Failure to comply with the provisions of this
<br /> �; Order shall be punishable by contempt of Court.
<br /> i In the event the Petitioner fails to pay any child
<br /> �� support paymenti, such failure shall be certif ied by the Clerk
<br /> of the Distriat Court if such paym�nt is delinquent more thdn
<br /> 30 days, and Petitionez shall appear befose this Court on a
<br /> date to be determined by the Court and show cauae why the payment
<br /> wae n�t made, and in the event that the Petitionex fails to
<br /> � pay and appear as so or3ered, a Warrant shall be iasued for
<br /> j his arrest.
