Omaha. NE 68154 <br />(D) "Trustee" is Bank of the West. a California state bank9ng corp. <br />(E' "M ERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registrarion Systems, Inc. MERS is a separate corporation that is acting <br />solely as a nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns. MERS is the beneficiary under this <br />Security Instrument. MERS is organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, and has an address and <br />telephone number of P.O. Box 2026, Flittt, MI 48501-2026, tel. (888) 679-MERS. <br />(� "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated OCtobe r 03 . 2012 . The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender One Hundred Thi rty Two Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Fifty And Zero/100 <br />Dollars (LJ.S. $132 . 750 . 00 ) plus interest.
