<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TF�SE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ROGER L HARMS
<br />AND KATHY G HARMS, HiJSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named. therein, dated NOVEMBER 15. 2007 and recorded
<br />NOVEMBER 26. 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200709925 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing thai this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Truste�e, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
