<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of
<br />Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed, executed by, JOHI�i M
<br />HOGGATT AND MELISSA K HOGGATT, AS HUSBAND AND WIFP, to Platte
<br />Valley_ State Bank & Trust Company, dated on May 6, 2009 and
<br />recorded on May 15, 2009 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, Inst. 0200903764, has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary names in the Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
