201208122 <br /> Securily Instrwnent. A written slatemen[ of any authorized agent of the Secretary dated subsequent ro <br /> 60 days from 1he dale hereof, declining to insure this Security Ins[rument and the Note, shall be <br /> deemed conclusive proof of such ineligibility. Reinstatement.
