<br />Co. Licensed in the State Nebraska and have searched the records in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska and state as follows:
<br />1. On July 13, 2012, Michael J. Voss and Dianna S. Voss, husband and wife,
<br />conveyed title to Ricardo Yanez and Amelia Yanez, husband and wife by
<br />Survivorship Warranty Deed filed July 20, 2012 as Document No. 201205981 in
<br />the Hall County Register of Deed's office. The property was described as
<br />follows:
