<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GEORGE
<br />ALBIN and SHERRIL ALBIN, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to LARRY E. BUTLER, as Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of ROBERT P. SORENSEN and GERALDINE G. SORENSEN, Husband and Wife, the
<br />Beneficiaries named therein, dated the 5�' day of January, 2012, and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 201200113, has been paid or otherwise
<br />discharged, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment or discharge and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in and to the following described premises but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />All of that part of the Southwest Quarter (SWYa), of Section Twenty-two (22), Tovcroship
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6�' P.M., which lies north of the
<br />northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80 (Note: This real estate can also
<br />be described as the following portions of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), to-wit: The Narthwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW'/a SW'/a) and that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) lying north of the northerly
<br />right-of-way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80 in Hall County, Nebraska).
