<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dawn M.
<br />Peard, a single person, Grantor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2009 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 28, 2009 as Instrument No.
<br />0200906186 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness
<br />of $69,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
