<br />WI�REAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />BRADLEY J KOZA AND JODI L KOZA, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated APRIL 16. 2010 and recorded APRIL 16, 2010 in the Office of the HALL

<br />DOCITMENT #0201002555 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
