�0�20804� <br />If the power of sale is invoked, Trastee shall record a notice of defaalt in each connty in which any <br />part of the Property is located and shall mail copies of snch notice in the manner prescrlbed by <br />Appflcable Law to Borrower and to the other persons prescrlhed by Applicable Law. After the tlme <br />r�qnired by AppHcable Law, Troetee shall give pnblic notice of sale to the persons and in the manner <br />prescrlbed by AppHcable Law. Trostee, wlthoat demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at pnbllc <br />anction to the highest bidder at the tlme and place and under the terms d�ated in the notice of sale <br />in one or more parcels and in any order Trustee determines. Trastee may postpone sale of all or any <br />parcel of the Progerty by pabHc annooncement at the time and place of any prevloasly schednled �le. <br />Lender or its designee may pnrchase the Properiy at any sale. <br />Upon receipt of payment of the pdce bid, Trustee ahall deliver to the pnrchaser Trastee's dced <br />conveying the Property. The recitals in the Trnstee's deed shall be prima fade evidence oi the trath of <br />the statements made therein. Trastee sLall apply the praceeds of the sale in the following order.
