<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />DAVID J OSTDIEK, A��ARRIED PER.SON AND ALSO SIGNED BY CAROLE K
<br />OSTDIEK, HIS SPOUSE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRA.ND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated FEBRUARY 13. 2009 and recorded FEBRUARY 24, 2009 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #0200901365 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing tbat
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />TI�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request af the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
