<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated February 1, 2007, executed by Leonard J. Rainforth and Diana L. Rainforth, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, in which Wilhelmina Ruth Hinrikus, a single person, of Hastings, Nebraska., is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded on
<br />February 5, 2007, as Document No. 0200700926 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from Wilhelmina Ruth Hinrikus of Hastings, Nebraska, written request to
<br />reconvey the real esta.te described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />(9) NQrth, �ge Eleeen (11) �'est of tlne 6�' P.1lR., I�al➢ County, IOT�b�aska,
<br />except for the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (Sl/z 5W of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWi/a NWl/a) and the North
<br />Half of the Northwest Quarter (Nl/z NWl/a) of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (SWl/a NWl/a) of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 11
<br />West of the 6�` P.M., containing appro�rimately 10 acres
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
