<br />Whereas, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RICHARD P
<br />NEWHOUSE AND PHYLLIS O NEWHOUSE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF

<br />Deal of Reconvey�ce be executed and delivereci:
