<br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Brian
<br />Scott Norton a/Wa Scott Norton and Lisa Norton; Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s), in which United
<br />Nebraska Bank is named Beneficiary and United Nebraska Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed
<br />for record on December 6, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200112518 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), and 1'hree (3), Bonsall Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Excepting T'herefrom the South 50 Feet of Said Lot T'hree (3)
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
