<br /> storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that ure generally recognized to be appmpriate to normal
<br /> residential uses anJ to maintena�ce of the Property.
<br /> Borrower shall promptly give Lender written notice of any investig�tion,claim, demand. lawsuit or other actcon by any
<br /> gavernmental or regulatory a�ency or Qrivnte party involvine the ProQerty and any Hn�arcl.,��c c���+cr�M nr Enylrsam�nta�Lsw
<br /> of which Borrower has ncmal knowledge. If Borrower learns,or is notified by any governmental or cegulatory authority, that
