a d 20120788� DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY I, Barbara Ann Chadek, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, hereby execute this Durable Power of Attorney which shall go into effect immediately and shall remain in full force and effect until my hereinafter named Agent shall have received actual knowledge of my death or of my Agent's having received a written notice signed by me revoking this power of attorney by specific reference hereto. This power of attorney shall not be affected by my subsequent disability or incapacity. APPOINTMENT OF AGENT I do hereby appoint my son, William J. Chadek, and my - daughter, Barbara B. Atkins, or the survivor of them, as my Co- Agents to act in my name for me and on my behalf as my attorneys in-fact with full power as hereinafter granted to my Co-Agents. Agent shall have authority to exercise in my name and on my behalf (i) all general powers set forth in Sections 49-1545 through 49-1557, inclusive, of Article 15 of Chapter 49 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes which Sections are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference to have the same force and effect as if they had each been reproduced herein in full, (ii) full authority to attach to this power of attorney copies of any one or more of Sections 49- 1545 through 49-1557 of the Nebraska statutes as may be appropriate from time to time with the same legal force and effect as if they had been attached hereto and incorporated herein at the time this document was executed by me, (iii) generally and universally the authority and power to act as and to be my alter ego as to anything and everything not fully within the scope of those enumerated general powers, and (iv) to the full extent practicable the power and authority, without reservation or restriction, to do or omit to do any act for or on my behalf which a competent person could do or omit to do on his or her own behalf. Without limiting the plenary power granted hereinabove I declare that my Agent's authority to act in my name and on my behalf shall include (i) the power and authority to 1
