After the time <br />reqwtred by Applicable Law, Trustee shall give public notfce of sale to the peraons and in the manner <br />prescribed by Applicable Law. Trastee, withoat demand on Borrower, shall sell the Property at pnblic <br />auction to the h�ghest bidder at the dme and place and nnder the terms designated in tLe notice of sale <br />in one or more parcels and in any order Trustee determin�.
