The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does,pursuant to Yhe terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee,and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, Trustee, NSBA#24096, of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri,to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee of Record.
