Dubois, after being first duly swom on oath, deposes and states as <br />follows: <br />1. That Affiant is a surviving son of Janine Bayles, now deceased, who was mazried to <br />Dartell D. Bayles at the date of his death on May 2, 1992, and that a certified copy of the original <br />certificate of death for Danell D. Bayles on file with the Bureau of Vita1 Sta.tistics, Department of <br />Health, State of Nebraska is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br />2. That Decedent Janine Bayles and her spouse Darrell D. Bayles were the joint <br />owners not tenants in common, with rights of survivorship of the following described real property <br />at the date of the death of Darrell D. Bayles: <br />North Half of the West Half of the South Half of Block Eleven (11), Pleasant <br />Home Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />3. That by reason of the provisions of said Joint Tenancy Warranry Deed, the said <br />Janine Bayles, now deceased, becazne the sole owner of the above-described properiy on the death <br />of her spouse's death. <br />4. Affiant further alleges that Danell D. Bayles and Janine Bayles, both deceased, were <br />the joint owners of said properly and were husband and wife on the date of death of the Danell D. <br />Bayles's death on May 2,1992. <br />5. That by reason of the provisions of said Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed the said <br />surviving spouse of Darrell D. Bayles, namely Janine Bayles, became the sole owner of the above- <br />described property upon the death of Danell D. Bayles and was the owner of said property on the <br />date of her death. <br />6.
