<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuabl.e consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 30, 2012, and
<br />identified as Document No. 201200763, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />Lot One (1}, B1oCk Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and,quitclaim unto said Trusto�s all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all ap tenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
