<br />WHEREAS, there exists an indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />DENNIS R. TJADEN AND JUDY L. TJADEN as "Borrowers", to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,
<br />N.A., "Trustee", dated August 10, 2011 and recorded September 07, 2011, as Instrument
<br />No. 201106665, in Official Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />hereinafter referred to, having received from JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., the
<br />"Beneficiary", a written request to reconvey, in accordance with the terms of said Deed
<br />of Trust, the estate now held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />hereinafter described property, said Beneficiary having presented said Deed of Trust
<br />and Note secured thereby for endorsement.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of said Deed of
<br />Trust, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY, without
<br />Warranty, to THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder in and to that property situated in HALL County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED AS LOT NUMBER 3, JEFFREY
<br />OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN HALL COUNTY RECORDS.
<br />This Partia/ Reconveyance is being recorded as a result of an error in the legal
<br />description in the Deed of Trust described above. The property being released is not
<br />subject to the colloteral for the loan. lt is understood and agreed that the deed of trust
<br />descrjbed above, shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property.
<br />The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said
<br />-, Trustee under the terms thereof. As provided in said Deed of Trust, this Partial
<br />Reconveyance is made without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment
<br />. „_ of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.
