<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 23`�, 2003 executed by Gonzalo G Velasquez, a single
<br />person, and Glendy Reyes, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the ofFce of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200311561, on the 2nd day of
<br />September, 2003 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />NORTH 5 FEET OF THE EAST 75.47 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE EAST 75.47 FEET
<br />OF LOT 1, ALL IN BLOCK 6, HANN'S THIRD ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />a# Grand Island, Nebraska, this 14th day of September, 2012.
