<br />WHEREA5, the undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated August 8, 2010, executed by Encinger Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Ryan S. Krauss, LLC, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Krauss
<br />Green Staz Family Limited Partnership, were named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on August 16, 2010, as Instrument No. 201005741 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HaII County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiaries a written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above rnentioned as follow:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Black Ninety Four (94), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid;
<br />NOW, TI-iEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without wananty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee Hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this ��' day of September, 2012.
