<br /> The Indebtedness secured by the Leasehold Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents and
<br /> Fixture Filing, executed by Heartland Automotive Services, Inc., a Minnesota corporation
<br /> ("Heartland"), as Trustor, in which Atherton Capital Incorporated, a Delaware corporation is
<br /> named Beneficiary, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, is named Trustee and dated
<br /> January 11, 1999 and recorded as Instruinent No. 0200100172 in the Real Property Records of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska (the "Recorder's Office"); as the same was assigned by that certain
<br /> Assignment of Leasehold Deed of Trust, dated as of May 28, 2009, between Atherton Capital
<br /> Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, and Atherton Intermediate Funding 1999-A, inc., a
<br /> Delaware corporation (with Bankers Trust Company (predecessor in interest to Deutsche Bank
<br /> Trust Co�npany Arnericas) as Certificate Trustee of the Atheiton Intei-mediate Funding 1999-n

<br /> Rents and Fixture Filing, dated as of January 30, 2009, between Heartland, as Trustor, and
<br /> DEUTSCHE BANK TRLJST COMPANY AMERICAS (successor in interest to Bankers Trust
<br /> Company) as Certificate Trustee of the Atherton Intermediate Funding 1999-A Grantor Trust,
<br /> acting through its Servicing Advisor, AMRESCO Cominercial Finance, LLC, a Delaware limited
<br /> liability co�npany, as Beneficiary, and filed for record on April 8, 2009, and recorded as
<br /> Instrument No. 02009�2576 in the Recorder's Office, have been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br /> requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confinned by
<br /> its endorsement below. Tn consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiaiy, the Trustee reconveys to the person or person entitled thereto all the right, title,
