After the time required by Applicable Law, Traste.c shall give pnblic notfce of sale to the persons and in the manner prescribed by Applicable Law. Traete� without demand on Borrower, shall aell the Property at pablic anctYon to the high�t bidder at the dme and place and nnder the terms designated fn the notice of sale in one or more parcels and in any order Trastee determines. Trastee may postpone sale of aU or any parcel of the Properiy by public announcement at the time and place of any previously scheduled sale. Lender or fts designee may pnrchase the Property at any sale. Upon receipt of payment of the price bid, Ttqstee shall del�tver to the pnrchaser Trastee's de� conveying the Property.
