<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Henry R.
<br />Rhoda and Loretta M. Rhoda, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of
<br />Trust dated June 29,1995 and May 20,1998 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deeds of Trust being
<br />recorded July 3,1995 as Document No. 95-104454 and May 21,1998 as Document No. 98-
<br />104828 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$14,000.00 and $40,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />All of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) and the South Ten (10) feet of the East Fifty-two (52) feet of
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Sixteen (16), Original Town of Cairo, Ha11 County, Nebraska; and Lots
<br />Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Seventeen (17), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 4th day of September, 2012.
