<br />That Grantors, Edward Van Winkle and Judith Van Winkle, in their capacity as
<br />Power of Attorney for Loretta Marie Rhoda, also known as Loretta M. Rhoda, a single
<br />person, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Edward Van Winkle artd
<br />Judith A. Van Winkle, husband and wife, Grantees, as �oint tenants with rights of
<br />survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined
