<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jill F.
<br />Corradi, A Single Person, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated June 25, 2012, and recorded June 25,
<br />2012, Instrument number 201205138, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixhues, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
