<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas
<br />G. McClurkin and Corilee M. McClurkin, husband and wife, and Tammy Dion McClurkin�,
<br />a single person, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated September 15,1993 and
<br />October 13,1998 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded September 20,
<br />1993 as Instrument No. 93-108088 and recorded November 30,1998 as Instrument No. 98-
<br />111648 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$18,500.00 and $14,500.00 respectively, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2SE1/4) of Section Thirty (30) in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6�` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this lOth day of September. 2012.
