This instrument is executed and delivered in the State of Nebraska, and the laws of the State of Nebraska shall govem all questions as to the validity of this power and the construction of its provisions. Tlus instrument is intended to be effective in all states of the United States and in all foreign countries. 5. INDEMIVI'TY: I hereby bind myself to indemnify my Agent and any successor who shall so act, against any and all clai.ms, demands, losses, damages, acti�ns aud causes of action, including expenses, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees which my Agent at any time may sustain or incur in connection with carrying out the authority granted her or him in this power of attomey. 6.
