<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, ANDREW L
<br />RATHJEN AND REBECCA S RATHJEN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Exchange Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 16, ZO10, and recorded on
<br />September 23, 2010, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
