<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Julie
<br />Nitsch, Wife and Todd Nitsch, Husband, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 16, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 22, 2008
<br />as Instrument No. 0200804475 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />sta.ted indebtedness of S52,296.95, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:

<br />Legal Description: The Westerly 100 Feet of the Southerly 23 feet of Lot Five (5), in Block Six

<br />Five (5), all in Block Six (6), of the original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
