<br />Aguilar and Olga M Aguilar as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Nebcaska Investment Finance Authority, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 3,
<br />2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 0200104098 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
