<br />Dugger, an unmarried individual as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Feder�l Savings Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authorifiy, the beneficiary named therein, dated May
<br />1, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A
<br />or Instrument Number 0200104036 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
