Enck and Michelle L. Enck, husband and wife, Trustors, under that <br /> certain Deed of Trust recorded on November 15, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200709750 in the office of <br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,covering that certain premises described as: <br /> LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK TWO (2), SOUTI-iERN ACRES ADDITION TD <br /> THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA, <br /> that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred,and setting forth <br /> the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy the <br /> obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County,Nebraska,on March l2,2012,as Instrument No. 201201897. <br /> A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br /> pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1008. <br /> Subsequent thereto, beginning on April 19,2012,Grantor caused to be published in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall CounTy, Nebraska, a Notice of <br /> Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the described <br /> property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or cashier's check,at <br /> the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, I st 8L Locust Street, Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska at 10:00 AM on May 29, 2012. Publication of such notice was made for five consecutive <br /> weeks on April 19, 2012, April 26, 2012, May 3, 2012, May 10, 2012 and May 17, 2012, the last <br /> publication being at least ten(10)days but not more than thirty(30)days prior to the date of sale. <br /> A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled <br /> to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1008. <br /> Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John McDennott, attorney for Grantor, did at the <br /> time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction, <br /> and did sell the same to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association for the sum of$178,538.29, it <br /> being the highest bidder therefor. JPMorgan Chase Bank,National Association has assigned all of its <br /> right,title and intcrest in such bid to Grantee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORL, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of$178,538.29 so bid <br /> and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and <br /> assigns forever, all the estate, right,title and interest of which the said Jaines M_ Enck and Michelle L. <br /> Enck, husband and wife, and their successors in interest, were seized or possessed at the time said <br /> Deed of Trust was given,or at any time thereafter, in and to the premises sold as afaresaid,to-wit: <br /> LOT ELEVEN (l 1), BLOCK TWO (2), SOUTHEKN ACRES ADDITION TO <br /> THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br /> JME <br />
