<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Deed of Trust," executed by Jane E. Kotsiopulos, Trustee, and Peter G.
<br />Kotsiopulos, Trustee, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated May 1, 2003, and recorded May 29, 2003, as Inst. 0200306794,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the �eneficiary r�amed in �he Trust Deed, the uredersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the
<br />Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Section 76-1001):
