<br />by and through Steve Sallenbach, President It's authorized officer,
<br />First National Bank of Wahoo , as trustee under the trust deed
<br />dated June 18, 2008 executed by Zachary D. Sloan and Melissa C. Sloan;
<br />Husband and Wife as
<br />trustor, in which Firat National Bank of Wahoo is named
<br />beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No._
<br />0200805297 the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska has received from First National Bank of Wahoo the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and
