<br />PARTIAL DEED Ol� RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secuted by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed bp Arthur L. Quandt and Rebecca S. Quandt, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Pla.tte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Companp, the Beneficiary named tlierein, dated the 15th day of Apri11997, and
<br />recorded on the 21st day of Apri11997, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 97-102924 , has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and deliveYed.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiaiy named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, xelease, and reconvey to the pexson or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
