<br />Lawrence E. HIein and Angeline K. Klein, Trustees of the Klein Family Trust dated
<br />November 25,1991, GRANTORS, in consideration of the transfer to the beneficiaries of the trusts,

<br />of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the 5outheast corner of said Section 9 running thence

<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
