Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, wrhose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby <br />appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by RICHARD S. ROMAN and <br />CARLA M. ROMAN, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT <br />FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. � <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated December 21, 1992, and recorded December 22, <br />1992, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 92- <br />110952 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. � <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by RICHARD S. ROMAN and CARLA M. ROMAN, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, <br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated December 21, 1992, and recorded in the <br />o�ce of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 92-110952, has been <br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed <br />and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest <br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3` below. <br />3.
