<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Luella
<br />Wortman and Dorothy Wortman, as individuals, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 3,1998 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation,
<br />now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 10,1998
<br />as Instrument No. 98-106773 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $22,317.77, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Seven (7), Brett & Johnson's Addition to
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 29th day of August, 2012.
