<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Darren G
<br />Sanchez and Jody L Sanchez, as husband and wife
<br />to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Cornerstone Bank
<br />, Grand Lsland , Nebraska , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated March 7, 2011 and recorded on March 7, 2011
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska ,
<br />Instrument No. 0201101794 , and further assigned to West Gate Bank and recorded on
<br />March 14, 2011 as Instrument No. 021102014 , has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
<br />NOW 'I'f-�REFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons enritled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
