Vazquez have purchased a home in 2009. With a legal description of lot dimensions, <br />167.Sx696.5 which is appro�cimately 2.68 acres. At 2503 east Seedling Mile road. Jeanne Williams owned <br />this house. She was also the owner at that time of 2515 Seedling Mile rd which was for sale, with a legal <br />description of; lot dimensions 83.8x211' which is approxima.tely 0.4 acres, and the agents remarks stated <br />the south 660' of the legal description on record will be subdivision off and joined to property at 2503 e <br />seedling mile rd. <br />Now, the property 2515 E Seedling Mile rd was sold. To Andrew M. Molzahn, In which there was an <br />agreement of the subdivision that concluded the 696.5' of the Center One Third of Lot One of Windolph's <br />Subdivision to be joined to the 696.5' westerly One Third of Lot One Windolph's Subdivision. This, I, <br />Horacio D. Vazquez, obtained title on October 13, 2009. <br />The reason for me writing t�is letter is due to the unfinished paper work that states all of the above, which <br />has not been resolved, like previously agreed and discussed. I would l�ce to add that this house at 2515 east <br />Seedling Mile road is up for sale. With a legal descriprion o� Lot dimensions 83.8x871.5'.Due to this resale <br />of the property and the new listed dimensions I would like to place a"Cloud on the Land/or Title." Until the <br />land plot is subdivided to the agreement of 696.5' of the Center One Third of Lot One of Windolph's <br />Subdivision.
